This is the largest Sikh Gurdwara (place of worship) in North America. The temple is a stunning building which was completed in 2011. It is located on the side of a hill with a commanding view of San Jose. Anyone entering the temple or the kitchen where they serve free food is required to wear a head covering which they have available. Meet on the plaza in front of the temple.
Directions: Exit 101 at Capitol Expy and drive east on Capitol Expy. In less than one mile turn right on Aborn Rd and drive 2.7 miles. Turn left onto Gurdwara Ave, drive 0.7 miles, and the large parking lot is on the right.
